APPLICATION FOR GRANT

The Active Youth Wisconsin Alumni Scholarship was created to support graduating seniors who plan to pursue a career in education. Many of our alumni have experienced firsthand the power of movement, mentorship, and community through our programs. This scholarship honors students who want to carry that impact forward into classrooms of their own.

Applicants must be graduating seniors who plan to enter the field of education and have been involved in Tri 4 Schools as a participant, coach, or volunteer.

Please complete the form below to apply.

Applications close on March 22 at 11:59PM. Scholarship winners will be selected on April 6th, 2026. If you have questions about the scholarship please reach out to Amanda Marek (amanda@activeyouthwisconsin.org).
